He has over a 20-year track record of successful results as a process consultant, coach, counselor, facilitator, trainer and mediator. In private practice since 1990, he has worked with a range of nationally recognized, unionized and non-unionized organizations in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors and has been a key-note speaker and a guest lecturer to several organizations. During his 17-year corporate career, Harold served Cyanamid Canada in Human Resources executive capacities. Before that, he was a manager and Management Development Consultant with Ontario Hydro and Director, Medical Communications at St. Michael’s Hospital. Harold holds Honours Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Toronto.

Walter Noë, MA

Walter is a registered Psychologist in the Province of Québec, who specializes in industrial-organizational psychometrics, the measurement of human performance. Walter has over 25 years of experience in individual and unit performance measurement, in the recruitment, appraisal and development of employees and in the development of surveys and questionnaires, Walter’s current client list includes prestigious national firms. Walter was with Ontario Hydro’s human resource planning and assessment group from 1980-1986, managing the function from 1984-1986. Previous to that, he was a principal consultant with two national management consulting firms and managed national assessment, counseling and testing with Employment and Immigration Canada. Walter was educated at Loyola College in Montreal and holds a Masters of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
